“Hi Everyone,

I’m happy to share with you my first project of the year. For today I prepared two simple and affordable layouts using paper scraps from Little Darlingscollection.

I started my first layout by creating the background with Decades Ink and stencil. Next, I added the layers and finished decorating it with stamped flowers which I watercolor with the same Decade inks. You can check out the video tutorial in this post.

I also sprinkled black ink and white gesso to add more texture to the layout.

For my next project, I decided to create a simple grid layout using leftover papers from Little Darlings collection.

I cut lots of circles to create the layers and added simple embellishments to decorate it. 

Using die cuts, stamped images and a couple of photos to finish the layout.

Tip: Use your small papers or scraps in layouts and cards projects. You can also cut the papers in circles, squares or other geometric forms.
